Today I randomly found some items that may be avalible during the Halloween party. You know how Club Penguin has been coming out with a ton of balloons lately? Well now they may have ghost GLOW IN THE DARK Balloons! Take a look for yourself:

Pretty cool right? The first one looks like a large pink ghost balloon, and the second one looks like a yellow ghost balloon with a slightly different shape. What do you think? Will these be at the Halloween Party?
