This week's question comes from Cutie12390. She said:

"Why are almost all nonmember items hats, hats, and more hats?"

Well actually there have been past shirts and body and feet items but these are NOT common... Since CP has changed a bit over recent years they are giving more to members to try and get more people to get a membership. Hats can be fun though, I mean like if you've been at CP since the beta party in 2005, penguins will surround you because your "old".

Even if you've got the party hat from 2007, penguins will surround you. Non-members can still have fun... The only body items avalible right now are the ninja belts. Everything will come back sometime, except for pins and party hats you just have to wait.
