Here's the cheats for Herbert's Revenge Mission 9

1. Talk to Gary
2. Play the mini-game. You move a charactor and play their little mini-game. The game ends when you have all 5 clues
3. Once you are done with the mini-game, you go into code red... Gary will give you a tracking device, a jackhammer, and a grappling hook.
4. Follow the arrow. You will be led into the Forest and then up to Ski Hill. You will go down into the wilderness and then to the river. Use the white puffle to make an ice bridge
5. Once you're over the bridge grab the yellow puffle
6. Then play the mini-game Grapple Gadget
7. Once you're up there use the yellow puffle to break open the ice cage. Then use the wrench from your spyphone to unscrew the bolts.
8. Go to the right and talk to Rookie.
9. Use the green puffle to get the hat
10. Give the hat back to Rookie, and he will give you a fishingpole
11. Go to the left and go up the path
12. Play the mini-game Amazing Maze
13. Call the blue puffle and have him knock down the "tree"
14. Talk to Dot
15. Pick up the five windmill parts
16. Combine the two things in your dock
17. Fix the windmill
18. Put the windmill back on the post thingy
19. Call the black puffle to weld the windmill
20. Talk to Dot
21. Go to the right and down the slope
22. Take the jackhammer and put it on the big pile of snow
23. Call the blue puffle and pop the bubbl the purple puffle's in
24. Use the fishing rod to reel Jet Pack Guy in
25. Call the yellow puffle to diable the rocket
26. Take the scissors from your spyphone and untie Jet Pack Guy
27. Call the purple puffle to lift the bug boulder
28. Go through the tunnel
29. Go up the slope
30. Use the grappling hook to climb up the rocks
31. Talk to Rookie, Dot, Jet Pack Guy and Herbert
32. Answer your spyphone and talk to Gary
33. Grab all 5 peices of ice
34. Reflect all the peices of ice to the magnifying glass
