Club Penguin is still developing the mission, but we have some information about it.

Also Club Penguin is coming out with a new famous penguin? Either that and/or she will be helping us in Mission 11.

She looks a LOT like Dot the Disguise Gal from the Elite Penguin Force DS Game. But I am almost positive that it's her. Since she helped out a lot in the Elite Penguin Force mission, it would make sense for her to help the PSA Agents in their missions... more news coming in December...
