We found Rockhopper about 20 minutes ago (May 23, 2009) on the server Snowmobile, and in the rooms Pizza Parlor, Plaza, Snowforts, Town, Dock, Beach, Ship, Ship Hold and maybe in the Captain's Quarters. Here are a few pics ;-)

if you want to have rockhopper background just do like i say:
1:download the penguin storm 6Beta2
2:open it
3:login on your penguin
4:click on buy item
5:click enter id
6:the item id is: 9029

Hint:i am telling the truth and i am not a cpl agent but i will be soon
